[3 DAYS & 2 NIGHTS] – Active Nature Escape with Pu Luong Retreat

DAY 1: HA NOI – PU LUONG – TREKKING BAM VILLAGE (LUNCH) 

07h00: Hotel pick up with our shuttle bus.

07h00 – 11h30: Bus transfer to Pu Luong along Ho Chi Minh trails with a stop-over half way to take a rest. 

11h45 – 14h00: Upon arrival, have lunch and room check in. 

AFTERNOON ACTIVITIES: 

Bam Village | 4.5 Km walking | Duration 3 hours (14:30 – 17:30) 

14:30: Meet and greet our friendly guide. Start walking to Bam village, to the viewpoint stop. Enjoy the panoramic view. Take a break, enjoy an afternoon tea while soaking your feet in a herbal foot bath. 

17:00 – 17:30: Walking back, descending down the road. Overnight at your hotel. 

DAY 02: FREE & EASY AT YOUR OWN LEISURE (BREAKFAST) 

06:00 – 07h30: Admire a sea of clouds bobbing hillside, pour into the valley. Practice meditation or yoga, or simply a cup of coffee 

07:30 – 09h00: Breakfast buffet. After that, getting close to village life & interacting with locals living in the hills around. 

16h30 – 19h00: Relaxing at our infinity pools & pool bar. Try our great massage services, including both foot and body massage. 

19h00 – onward: Dining at our open-air restaurant, with some signature chefs’ dishes served. Take a rest at our tea room, Thai Lounge.

OPTIONAL TOUR 1: DONG DIENG VILLAGE – KHO MUONG VILLAGE & CAVE

09:00: Meet and greet our friendly local guide at the hotel. 

09:15: Ride to Dong Dieng Village by car 

09:35: Drop off at the starting point then trek down from Dong Dieng Village through the most picturesque terraced fields to Kho Muong Village. Observing how the local guide works quickly and without hesitation, able to recognize each plant and herb instantaneously, and try your luck at identifying the flora, with a little help from your guide. 

10:45: Head back to the Thai traditional stilt house at Kho Muong village and see how the herbs are prepared for traditional herbal foot bathing – which helps circulation issues and skin conditions, and relieves symptoms such as migraines and fevers. 

11:30 – 13:00: Have lunch at the homestay. 

13:15- 13:30: Continue our trekking journey. Arrive at Kho Muong village, take a short time to discover the “hidden Cave” and the untouched corners in this village. 

14:30: Walk up to Bang village and enjoy the stunning scenery of mountain and terraced fields along the way before getting back to the main road 15:00: Ride back to your hotel by car 

15:30: Tour finishes.

OPTIONAL TOUR 2: TREKKING & BIKING LẶN/ HIÊU VILLAGE (LUNCH)

08:45: Meet and greet our friendly local guide. 

09:00: Easy walk down hill from Don Village through terraced fields to Uoi Lan Village (~ 5 km walk) 

10:30: Reach to Rest stop at Lan Ngoai Village (Short break 15 -20 minutes and get used to with your bicycles) 

11:00: Start cycling to Hieu waterfall. Chance to enjoy peaceful landscape along the way.

12:30: Arrive at Hieu waterfall. Break time. 

13:00: Lunch at a local family house near waterfall. 

14:30: Start cycling back to Lan village on alternative pathways some times. 

16:00: Arrive at the meeting point at Lan Ngoai village. Ride back by car or motorbikes.

16:30: Tour finishes.

DAY 3: PU LUONG – HOME VISIT @ LEO VILLAGE – HANOI (BREAKFAST/LUNCH) 07h00 – 08h00: Breakfast buffet. 

MORNING ACTIVITIES: Don & Leo Villages 4.5 Km walking | Duration 3 hours (08:15 – 11:15) 

08:15: Meet and greet our friendly guide. 

08:30: Start walking down to Don village along the new iconic “S-shaped” road (terraced fields). Walk through Leo Village. Deeper visit to a Thai’s family. Experience weaving textile, rice wine producing & cooking “Com lam” (sticky rice cooked in bamboo pipe). 

10:30: Walk back to the accommodation. 

11h00 – 12h30: Check out and lunch time. 

13h00 – 17h30: Bus back to Hanoi.
